I trust that it was the one with Diana Rigg in it!  Patrick 
McNee played John Steed.  

Mrs Peel was supposed to be a fluff character.  Rigg refused 
to take the role unless it was far more dominant.  They 
wanted her bad enough that she got her demands.  

I can't remember who took her place when she left the show.  
Then again, I shortly stopped watching it.
