It's a bit like documenting the UUENCODE format, in case anyone
decides to insert a UUENCODE in a PKT (in the text portion).  You
don't define what goes in the user-text, it's up to the user.
You don't define what goes into the subject line, it's up to the
mailer.  Documents for courses.  BFN.  Paul.
