 Well, I did as you suggested, and noticed that the
new html files are nearly like the ones produced by
eleweb, except that they lack descriptions and
download counts.

And I tried the download function from eleweb, and it
works flawlessly, so I gotta ask myself "why do all
this?"  It's already done.
