There are different levels of file information that can be supplied
in Zmodem (and in Ymodem).  The minimum is just the filename -- no
size.  The maximum includes the file size and the number of files
remaining in the batch (plus total remaining bytes).
{COMMO} makes the best use of whatever information is provided.
