    Yes thats most likely true anywhere,  the interesting  point should  be 
the difference is societies.  I was actually surprised that there is such a 
parallel in claims.  Something that has only come out in the last few years 
since the move out of communism.  Russia is not like the US.  There isn't a
media saturation of alien ideas, ala Close encounters  etc, the  press were 
controlled for  years, one  of the  points noted  was there  never was  any 
mention of UFO's in any of their newspapers etc...  I think I am not  going 
out  on  a  limb  by  saying  life  is  a  bigger  struggle  there,   their 
entertainment consists of the Saturday night  Vodka binge,  no time  for as 
you would put it the foolishness of UFO's...
