I don't know about that program,  but I use HLIST here.  Available here as:

You mean like in the above entry?    Sure.  I use DLC for that,  as:

That requires actual manual work on my part,  like getting to the file,  
manually uuencoding it,  making sure that it's within size limits,  etc.,  
entering that into an email message,  and so forth.  Much easier if you just 
send a request to my fileserv.  Put the word files in the body of the message 
if you'd like the whole list of what I've got here in addition to the above 
two files.
