Okay, whenever I have a light comic week I browse (if my son isn't with me).
A couple of weeks ago one such week came up and I started wandering around
the shop looking at the new comic racks. I chanced upon Desperados (Homage).
I remember hearing good things about this series and since all four issues
were on the shelf I picked 'em up.
What a pleasant surprise. I do like comic westerns but it's not a genre I
follow religiously by any means. If a Jonah Hex comic comes out I'll buy it
in a heartbeat. Ditto any western by Lansdale and Truman (Lone Ranger & Tonto
anyone?). But they're not always a must buy for me. However, I am glad I
picked up Desperados. This series with the supernatural meeting the Old West
is great fun.

... What? Did someone get all the low fruit on the clue tree?
