Been there over and over, done that quite a lot 
Seen plenty I'd like to live in, very few I can actually afford! It's still
a super starting place though -- particularly realtor.com
I'm going out Wed to look in person... there are at least 4 found on
realtor.com that look gander-worthy (Two of them are on Quicksilver Lane
which is such a cool address )

It's easy searching Castle Rock (first location of choice) but the Springs
is a bit harder... I need to find all the zip codes for the northern areas.
80917 (where I used to live) has quite a few possibles, but for a number of
reasons, I want to get into Castle Rock if I can. If I can't, then there's
always the Springs.

you'd think they'd make it easier to get into one!
The initial cash provisions are scaring me witless. (and they've always been
the sticking point) But there are Options, and hopefully I can take
advantage of them. (good thinkings for that too!)
