Where at in northern Illinois? I was raised in Winnebago (suburb of
Rockford)  about 62 miles (100km) south of Madison Wisconsin. 

Now I rarely get back there since I no longer have any close family there.
My preference would be to move back to Anchorage, Alaska.

However, I doubt my employer will open an office there (I work for a local
government in Michigan).
