I did when he first dropped support for InspectA. At the time, he was quite
bitter about the whole thing and was not prepared to consider releasing the
source. That may have changed with time - I've not asked again (indeed, I
don't have much contact with him anymore).

From memory, a wide range of custom libraries were used, so I suspect that the 
source without them would be of limited value.
