It's the David and Goliath syndrome. Second class, secondary usage, it's 
all the same.  BPL translates into big bucks. It's not going to go away. 
For now be happy that the FCC hasn't auctioned off our entire HF 
spectrum.  We should all see the handwriting on the wall. It's plainly 
stated "Dont cause them any interference".
