Hi ya Mike. Mark lives down the road from me. We do alot of horse
trading ;) Just a note of follow up. Compaq stated the 33.6
was a proprietary modem and would only work in a Cpq Motherboard.
It is 32 bit. I tried tons of servicepacks and INF's from Usr
and Compaq to no avail. so I guess they are right. However I
did find a friend with the same modem nearby who gave me 40.00 for
it for spare ;) made 4.30 heeh.
