I concur.  The only exception to this is if the Illinois Secretary of 
State refuses to approve the appointment.  At that point this remains a 
state issue.  The Dems would prefer this to occur.  There will be a lot 
of pressure brought to bear on Jesse White.  

Isn't is sad how Otto can't perform any of this type of analysis and 
instead posts one liners that he pulls from the DUmp ?
