If you want the renumber utilities, download http://cmech.dynip.com/netfido.zip 
and unzip everything to your path somewhere (c:\windows\system32\ is ok) then 
open a command prompt, Cd to the sub-dir containing the .Msg files you want 
renumbered, and type NETRENUM.BAT.

Note: NetRenum.Bat will also build a backup archive (NetMsgBk.Zip) of all your 
.Msg files in the current directory prior to execution. This can be deleted 
after verifying the results of the renumbering ...

    (Repeat for each directory you need renumbered ...)

FYI: Included in NetFIDO.Zip is the command line version of the 7Zip program 
(7ZA.Exe)
