So, who are the current  in the last 25 years popular Hard Sci-fi writers?

I have not been able to read due to a medical condition, I have lost the last
25 years.

Now I can read a novel in 3-4 days and I am very glad for it.

I am only interested in Hard Science Fiction, no Fantasy.
