You misunderstand. If attempting to become a CNE, the two Admin tests
(Admin and Advanced Admin) qualify the CNE as a CNA (in case you don't
complete the CNE track). If you are just wanting to become CNA
certified, you only take one test which is comprised of information
gleaned from both the Admin and Advanced Admin tests a prospective CNE
would take.
