and there were four other properties in Saint Petersburg
he pulled the same stunt at.

Properties are held in various relatives names as 2142 - 1st. Ave N.
was in his wifes name ( She gets a disability income as well).

There was a fifth property off of fourth street but after years of
complaints it was shut down after city council hearing heard
years' worth of police complaints about the drug use and burgleries
associated with the place.

Bear in mind most of these places were quadplexes, 4 apartments each,  
with 4 people with income bunked to each apartment giving  50 dollars
a week in rent for these run down tiny apartments.

My place was the exception being the last acquired and I
was alone in the apartment paying monthly.
