He knows all the angles right down to Florida law being looser
on regulation applicable to apartments with fewer than 5 units.
Incorporated as a tax exempt relgious entity as well.

I tried to get him busted and used all sorts of internet resources,
legal remedies and state government office calls, no joy.

some years ago, "come to Florida, the rules are different here."

I've got that beat.
In Massachussetts years back there was an all nude bar serving booze
and they repeatedly shut it down.
They closed and reopened as a tax exempt church, same nude dancers, same
booze but accepting "donations" rather than charging for drinks.

It was a going concern for some time, don't know about now.

Shoot even the IRS has run brothelsc foreclosed upon, wonder
if that's still going on under this "family values" administration?
