Dan,
You are taking me back many years, and around here somewhere I have an
article by a gentleman named Sartori that made some of the solid state
replacements for the 4 line tubes. I think his articles were in Ham Radio
or CQ mag though, not QST. You might do a search of those data bases, as he
published the FET's he used, and how he did it. Hope that helps, or jogs
the memories of some of the other list members as to where to find his
article. I will look, but it may take me a while to dig through all the
junk ,hi.
