The person(s) responsible for the story apparently did the homework very
well, and ensured that it doesn't only involve action against Jews. The
problem is that the story seems to have originated from a public relations
firm, perhaps with a view to shaping public opinion in preparation for an
attack on Iran. The story was certainly plausible, but Iran denied it, &
so far it hasn't been substantiated, AFAIK. It just reinforces the need to 
be cautious when reading news from any source - it might prove to be partly
or totally false.
