So you don't know, huh?  Fournier was robbed by three people.  Horton
was one of them.  He was stabbed nineteen times.  The trial did not
establish which one, two, or all three of them did the stabbing, because
it was irrelevant.  You pretend that the identity of the "actual
killer" is known, you pretend to know that it wasn't Horton, and you
pretend that all he did was to drive the car!  Klahn would be proud of
your handling of the "facts."
