Yes I am creating NetMail using Rypacker. of course I rename
the .OUT to .PKT then Gecho takes it from there and all goes
out where it is supposed to. any routing needed in making
NetMail is done by Gecho also.

I know it does not make MSGIDs but I also though it was not creating
INTL kludge lines also. anyway I get around this by shutting
of the security on any conference I carry in Gecho other wise
any message off my board would not go out.
