The nice thing about the United kingdom for cellular service is
it is small.  Thus easily covered with cells from land's End to
john O' Gorat.
However you could drop the entire kingdom, Northern Ireland, the
Silly Isles and even the parts of France Queen Elizabeth claims
to be queen over in her title into the Great lakes and forget
which lake you dropped them in.
Canada has very little of the land area covered with cellular but
surprisingly most of the population!
To blanket the country with cells in all 5 time zones would take
an awful lot of money.
When it is 12 noon in London, St. John's Newfoundland is having
early morning coffee at 9:30 a.m. local time and
Vancouver is sound asleep at 5 a.m.  I lied by the way, Canada
has 6 time zones plus I think the Yukon territory has its own.
