Larry's scrupulously honest, a craftsman, biker and does all his own
motorcycle maintainance, something we share in common.

Even he says he'd never enter into a business deal with Gary Aluisy one
of his church pastors and my former landlord.

G.A. bought the place holding a mortage, got a kickback from the seller
and collected rents for a year never paying a nickle on the mortgage.

Notified of foreclosure I told Aluisy I would not pay my last months'
rent until Monday after confirming from the county clerk he still owned
the place he threatened me and told me the water would be cut off.

I was out of there five days later and in another six the water WAS
cutoff and the mortgage auctioned off.               
There were 2 other residents as well.
