Oh, without doubt Klahn is the lowest. He rivals Ceppa in stupidity. He
doesn't quite measure down to Ceppa's level of stupidity, but of all the
ditch carp, he comes the closest.


If being stupid was painful.....Klahn would be walking around with an IV in
his arm attached to a permanent morphine drip! Ceppa too.
