I have fixed the exception code error by restoring the queue
directory and removing an email message should not have been downloaded
and processed by Irex. There was a very long message regarding a class
action suit that was sent to all verizon accounts including the one I
have setup only for irex email gateway. Removal of the message from the
hold directory and restoring the queue directory for a previous back
fixed the problem. Irex now loads and stay up without crashing.
