And, actually, in her TV show she spreads the praise to her staff of
hundreds
(though I still get the malicious giggles when a guest chef (or child)
starts flinging flour in "her" kitchen -- it's just the Oscar Madison in
me TWEAKING the Felix Ungers of the world....)

She do rub a lot of folks (especially Westerners) the wrong way -- though
I think it could be a cultural thing.

otoh, don't have a case of Martha envy or feel I need to keep up with
her, so maybe I'm not a good judge, tygress
