If you're serious about taking a scuba equipment repair class
then you should set your sites about two hours north and spend
the week with Rudy Mola at Diving Technologies International in
Ft. Lauderdale. Rudy is President of the International Association
of Scuba Technicians, and runs the absolute best equipment repair
program in the country. (My personal opinion, of course).
Rudy offers a one-day quickie program for people that want to
understand the basics of equipment repair, and then he's got a
week-long program that is world-renowned. Give him a call at
1-954-748-4772 and ask him to send you some class information.
For what it's worth, Rudy is the only person that I let tune
my regulators and service my equipment, and he's been doing the
job for almost ten years.
