Washington...  Atchison was only the President for 24 hours in the 1800's
between the going out president and the person taking office,, person who took
 office didn't want to be sworn in on Sunday, so the person waited until
Monday,  with No Vice President in office,, Speaker of the House became acting
President being the third in line for presidency!  Atchison was Speaker of the
House!
