What I see is Cooking with last update of 3 Feb 2008.  All of the others
on the list in c.htm are dated Feb 2008 or earlier.

The last Echolist I have has a time stamp of 31 Jan 2010 11:39 pm and at
the top of it says
01 FEBRUARY 2010                                            ELIS1002.TXT
so I guess the answer is yes.
