That's *not* what Fido has come to, Earl.  That's probably 1 or 2 bozos
that have zeroed in on a particular BBS to annoy its users.  Closed system,
eh?  With the dearth of callers now-a-days that's none too good, IMO.  But
it's a private system, like all systems in FidoNet, and the SysOp can do as
he pleases.
