That remains a distinct possibility I became concerned about a while back.

While this administration is mucking around in Iraq and getting our
peo[ple maimed and killed the soviet Republics and communist 
China is developing hypercavitating weapons systems :-(

These pass through air and fluids faster than any U.S. torpedo,
submarine r missle including the Bush administration missle defense
system.

The Russians already have tested a torpedo capable of 230 knots?
Imagine this applied to an ICBM with a nuclear warhead?
Think it could elude the missle defense system already deployed with 
far slower 
interception vehicles?   

BTW, the Iranians have hypercavitating torpedos to so imagine the predicament
to the 
U.S. fleet in the Persian Gulf shold we strike Iran.

And we are mucking around in Iraq why exactly?
Wasn't the "mission accomplished" in May of 2003?
Wasn't Saddam deposed.
