   Don't know about SP 4449, but ATSF 3751 was refurbished at the old Kaiser 
Steel plant in Fontana a few miles from here by the members of the SBRHS. I 
guess the old steel plant had enough heavy overhead cranes and stuff to 
accomplish that.
   With all of the regulations concerning asbestos I wouldn't be surprised if 
that had already been removed from the Big Boy at the Fairplex. OTOH, maybe 
not if it would be expensive.
