Sounds like this may be your answer!  Don't know about the goat, but I
know the stuff wears pretty good for the dog.  Our dog is an American
Eskimo with the long hair too, so I know what you mean.  Sure has made a
difference for him.  He enjoys his walks now...even at -20. (That is
Centigrade, which would be...ah....-20 X 1.8 = -36 + 32 = -4 Fahrenheit!
Whew!!  ( I will NEVER get used to this Metric stuff!) By the time I
figure out how fast I am going (Km/hr X 8 divided by 5 = MPH) I have a
speeding ticket!!
