Most of the general echos are pretty well international... so, yeah, one
should expect all sorts of time zones...  :)  While officially called
ASIAN_LINK, so particularly (at least originally) slanted towards
connection with Zone 3 (or was it 4?), it continues to connect people
all over...  :)  But then MEMORIES and COOKING also have people posting
from all over, too...  :)   As did most of the now defunct genealogy
echos...  and others as well...  :)
