No offense taken.  (-:  Some people in this country can't tell you where
every state is.  I recall watching a TV program some time ago wherein a
contestent on a quiz show was asked what state the host was pointing at
with his pointer.  The contentent couldn't even guess.  It was Iowa.
 
I do, however, remember a woman from Denmark by the name of Helle Michaelsen.
