ET> Physics echo appears to be cut off from its moderator. The ET> registration has expired and it will probably be delisted. I can't explain how that happened. I thought I had updated it recently. In early July my system crashed, and was out of commission for a couple weeks while I had it repaired and upgraded. During that time I had no desire to set up another machine to connect to Fidonet, and then when I did get my old machine back up, I was slow to get it re-configured, and retrieve my old messages from the backup file. Plus, I was out of town on vacation during that time. Anyways, I'm back now, and have tried to update the elist entry for PHYSICS. My boss had kept all my mail while I was down, or so I thought, and I never saw a netmail message warning me that the echo was scheduled to expire. ET> I've been gone from the Science echo for almost a month and ET> only four messages were received here in that time. I think ET> it's time to close up shop. If anyone is interested in being ET> moderator, let me know and it's yours. If I don't hear from ET> anyone, I'll ask for the echo to be delisted. Hold off on that. Let's see what folks have to say. You should probably stop posting the bulletins in PHYSICS, and probably also here. Let's see what that does to the traffic. Did you know it's quite easy to telnet to Fidoland? ---* Origin: Office1 (1:106/2000.7) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 106/2000 633/267 |
