From: Mark Gilger Subject: Re: [drakelist] Drake net Mark Gilger made an utterence to the drakelist gang ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I think there used to be a 20 meter net some years ago. It would be interesting to know why it disbanded? Was there a lack of participation, or what? Anyone know? I would think there would be a lot of interest, since a good majority of the US is left out of the current 40 and 80 meter nets. The questions would be (1) What freq. on 20 meters? (2) When? (Probably Saturday afternoon would work best, although it would be nice to have a weekday net , but then we are back to having it on 40 or 80 due to propagation during the winter months) (3) Who would volunteer to run it? Or maybe we don't need a person, but just have a "Group" meeting? Regards, Mark, WB0IQK At 05:48 AM 10/05/04, Thom R. Lacosta wrote: >"Thom R.
