Only because I search out the obscure did I know about him.

Odd sort of planetary alignment caused your missle 
launch satellite detection network to falsely report a 
U.S. missle attack.

We also came close to nuking you guys when the failure of
a commercial grade operational amplifier costing 1/3 of 
a U.S. dollar was substituted for the 50 - 70 dollar 
military grade part.

That's OK.
Those were the good old days.
Today in the U.S. of A. we have George W. Bush 
and his regime of corruption and terror to keep us
