I decided to browse the web last night, in search of dachshund/weenie
dog webrings. Over the last 3 years, I've developed a fondness for this
breed...especially since my wife has owned two of them.

  The first one, a black female named Sweetie, died of congestive heart
failure. Her second one, a reddish brown male named Fritz, had to be
humanely euthanized because he became insulin resistant, and his
excretory system began failing. My wife and I plan to get a new weenie
puppy shortly after Thanksgiving. In a previous message, I posted the
links to a few photos of Fritz, and FTP links to the 2 recent PetsMart
commercials.

  Anyway, in the weenie dog webring search, there were several different
ones...but, my wife and I are just fans of them and have been owners. We
don't have the resources, the time, the health, or the location to be
breeders. In looking for webrings, I looked at the "logos" for that
webring, the ringmasters website, and how long it had been since that
webmaster had checked into the webring itself. Several of the rings had
no logo, no ringmaster website, and the last time the ringmaster had
been on had been several months ago. With these, it makes me wonder if
they just started the webring so they could get their name up there.

  To make a long story short, I'm looking for a dachshund webring for
just casual weenie dog owners. My website profiles my hobbies, but I
just added the weenie dog page the other day. Any feedback would be
greatly appreciated.
