It's a ham rig. If by some small chance you do get it back up and running. I
hope you will never key the mike and try to transmit on it without a valid
Amateur Radio Operators license. You would be in jeopardy with the Federal
Government. Those frequencies are indeed, for ham radio repeaters. Do you
ave
a scanner? Program them in and listen to what's on them in your area.
