Nah, all George W. Bush needs to do is raise the spectre of

In fact, the conviction of Maria Hsia over the illegal fund-raiser at the
Buddhist temple (where Gore was a prominent guest) is only scratching the
surface of this potentially HUGE scandal. There is now new evidence that
Attorney General Janet Reno may have personally squelched information from
Congressional investigators about White House emails on this matter that
could be _extremely_ damaging to Gore; it appears that Gore may have
personally benefited from Johnny Huang, who personally worked for an Asian
bank that may have funnelled illegal contributions from the Communist
Chinese government to the Democratic National Committee.

Also, don't forget about those 1,000-plus FBI files that ended up in the
White House--that definitely is HIGHLY illegal (remember during the
Watergate scandal Charles Colson was convicted on pilfering just ONE FBI
file). If Al Gore is connected to this pilfering of files he could be
charged with illegal posession of files and possible blackmail.
