I am confused as to what exactly you are looking for.
an XT does NOT normally use a 286 CPU. There were a few manufactured and
sold as 30Meg XT's. If this what you are looking for then, sorry I cannot
help you.
If it is an XT you want then I do have an XT board here which does have 1 
Meg of ram on board. It includes software that allows the extra 384K to be
used as either a ramdrive, diskcache or a printer spooler.
