GM's car radios do that. You can set the volume to your own listening
level while in the driveway and it'll adjust the volume as you drive, up
or down. My Camaro has it in it's radio, but the truck's radio doesn't. I
have one just like the one in my Camaro for the truck, but havn't
installed it yet. It also plays CDs, which the radio in the truck doesn't.

Heard about the O'bama's firing of Inspector General, Walpin? (Inspector
was because he didn't have any faith in him. According to legislation
passed last year, he can't do that.
