RW> TW> In case you are NOT paying atention Obamaa dosen't give a dammn abotu
RW> TW> hre Court. HE is going to pack it with those Loyal the the Far Left
RW> TW> Liberal Dogma.

RW>I have been paying attention and agree with your assessment. However, some
RW>of the Senators on the right also get my attention when they say that
RW>Sotomayor is a very good choice for the USSC...

Thart one Totaly Puzzles me. Of course the party is so splintered that
trhry cannot agree on any Common ground.
And of course anyone that seriously chalendges Obama wil be PUNISHED
seriously. He has i nhis pocket suuch a Huge source vof maney that NO
one that fights him form either party wil be re-elected in their Next
Election.
The UAW union OEW him BIG time for the Violatio nof the LAW i nNOT
voiding the Union Contracts as Required by Bankrupsy Law just to mention
one BIG marker Obama has in his pocket.

RW> TW> And also he dosne't apparently give a damn about Legality either and
RW> TW> his Take Over of GM he directed the Bankrupsy Judge to order is a
RW> TW> perfect Example. Under Bankrupsy LAW the UNIONS are shut out and can
RW> TW> loose al and the Bond Holders are given as much protection as
RW> TW> possible.

RW>In a normal case, yes. In this case, GM made the mistake of taking bailout
RW>money from the government, thinking that they'd get a square deal. They
RW>didn't and will suffer more than just losing money now. They'll never
RW>recover what they once were. Sad to say.

RW> TW> Well the UNIONS didn't LOOSE anything and the Bond Holders lost
RW> TW> EVERYTHING.

RW>Yeup, see above.

RW> TW> The sad part in those old GM bonds were highly rated and a part of
RW> TW> lots of retirement packages meaning those least capable of loosing
RW> TW> were Screwed in favor of a UNION Pay off for Political
RW> TW> contributions..

RW>So much for unions being your pal. As I see it, I'll never buy another new
RW>car, so what happens to GM and/or the union doesn't matter to me. My kids
RW>by that Hyundai shit, so it won't harm them either, although I blame them
RW>for not supporting 'Made in the USA'...they'll eventually get to see what
RW>I mean when they're in the soup and bread lines, wishing they had a job,
RW>any job.

RW> R\%/itt

RW>Joy lives in the fight, in the attempt, in the suffering involved, not in
RW>the victory itself.
