Hey Everyone,
My local theatre is back open & received an email saying all movies are only
$5. I jumped on to see what was playing and was surprised by the line up.
Obviously there isn't much in the way of new movies out right now, so they
seem to be playing a lot of the classics with some newer ones thrown in:
Jurassic Park
Jaws
The Karate Kid
The Goonies
The Invisible Man
So I have tickets to go see The Goonies tomorrow. I was a little young the
first time around to see it in theatres, but I remember renting it on VHS
back in the day.
I notice our local drive in also is playing some classics:
Screen 1:
ET
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Mission Impossible
Screen 2:
Austin Powers
The Mask
Wedding Crashers
Screen 3:
Baby Driver
The Shallows
Don't Breathe
I don't mind drive ins, but I wouldn't be able to make it through 2 whole
movies let alone 3.
Would you be comfortable going to a movie just yet?
What classics would you like to see on the big screen again (or for the first
time?)
I'll report back about the experience & how safe everything seems.
Jay
