 Well, there's a problem right there: timEd is _not_ Y2K compatible.
 It's a known bug, and according to timEd's author, it will not be fixed.
 TimEd and NetMgr both roll over and 'die' on Jan. 1, 2000.  A group of
 NetMgr users are now working on a new program called FTNMGR to replace
 it.  TimEd users -myself included- are on their own. :(
 Anyway, you'll have to use the regular BBS message system or a
 Y2K-capable mail editor and run the test again to see what will really
 happen.
