I posted a message on this awhile back, but wanted to give an update
of sorts. 

  The Danbury Mint has some neat weenie dog/mini dachshund items that 
make great gifts...that are now available for purchase.

  The first item is an annual dachshund Christmas ornament, and the 2005
ones are available now. It features a brown dachshund laying in front of
a Christmas wreath, with the word JOY on a ribbon. The one for 2006 shows
a black dachshund in a hot-air balloon basket.

  The second item is a fleece lined jacket, with the monogram of two
weenie dogs on the left chest, and six weenie dogs across the upper
back. The zippers have little weenie dog paws on the pockets, and a
mini weenie dog down the front. Available sizes are from Small to XXL.
The jacket is the pricier of the two, but it will definitely keep you
warm on those cold winter mornings.
