THe web site is out of date....BUT not as late as 2008.  If that were the
case,, how could the Last Update date for Cooking show 4-Sept-2009?

Maybe you made a typo.

Did you receive the February 2010 Echolist that was hatched out?

Was the list at Filegate the same date that you think you saw on the web site?
