That got done beautifully by Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder in
their books.  The first, "Psychic Discoveries Behind the Iron Curtain"
was first published in May of 1970 by Prentice-Hall, Inc.  I have a
pocket book published by Bantam Books.  It outlines the Russian
experiments along these lines, including telepathy, Kirlian Photography
to document the aura, ESP used as espionage, parasychology.....among
others.
Their second book is "Handbook of Psychic Discoveries" published in
1974, Library of Congress Catalogue Card Number: 73-88532.  This book
attempts to teach the reader how to duplicate the experiments the two
authors witnessed previously.
Read them for yourself and find out why our dipolmats in Russia got
headaches from the "microwaves" they were bombarded with at one time.
